Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to inform customers about Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co. Ltd products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
