• Drafts and delivers communication materials (email updates, briefings, release notes) to keep customers informed of technology changes and trends; administers feedback mechanisms and highlights patterns for review.
• Tracks routine KPIs related to customer support and satisfaction; assists with preparing periodic reports for management.
