Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking an experienced chief of staff / strategic partner to bridge executive leadership with analytics, research, and operations teams. You will attend leadership meetings, capture priorities, and translate discussions into actionable requests for cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with analytics to define business questions, gather insights, and define reporting requirements while preparing executive updates and project summaries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and communication bridge between executive leadership and business teams (analytics, research, creative, operations).
• Attend leadership and executive meetings to capture priorities, decisions, and actionable items.
• Translate executive discussions into clear, actionable requests for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among diverse teams with different priorities and work styles.
• Partner with analytics teams to define business questions, gather insights, and report requirements.
• Ensure stakeholder requests are clearly articulated and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, updates, and project summaries.
• Support executive leadership in business operations, strategy, PM, and Chief of Staff responsibilities.
• Apply strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and BI concepts.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Synthesize complex topics into actionable next steps for teams.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with both analytical and non-technical stakeholders.
