Signature Performance is seeking a ClaimsXM Technical Writer to bridge communication between subject-matter experts and end users. This remote position requires expertise in technical writing, collaboration with operational and technical teams, and strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years technical writing and training experience in a fast-paced IT organization.
• Experience working directly with technical and operational team members.
• Ability to learn new processes, software, hardware and technical concepts quickly.
• Proficiency with documentation software.
• Knowledge of the 7 C's of Technical Writing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various operational users and clients to gather technical information.
• Design gathered information in a logical manner using diagrams and charts.
• Create, write, format, and maintain all IT governance documentation.
• Review content for consistency, accuracy, and conduct tests for understanding.
• Maintain yearly review and updates on all IT governance documentation.
