Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer for a remote, contract role supporting Fidelity Workplace Consulting within the Employee Experience Design team. You will draft technical benefit communications, develop content across print, web, video, and social formats, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.

The position requires strong writing skills, knowledge of retirement and welfare plans, and experience drafting SPDs.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing across audiences and formats.
• Experience drafting SPDs and other benefit communications describing complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work with technical consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance under ERISA.

Responsabilités

• Draft technical content for benefit communications.
