Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer for an Employee Benefit Program. You will draft technical benefit communications and create content across print, web, video, and social formats, partnering with external clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, high-impact materials.

The role requires strong writing/editing, ERISA knowledge, and ability to produce SPDs and other complex benefit communications in clear language.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences and formats.
• Experience drafting SPDs and other benefit communications under ERISA.
• Ability to partner with technical consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
