Nerdio is seeking an experienced technical writer to join our documentation team. You will craft clear, accurate content for Microsoft cloud and end-user computing offerings, shaping user experience through authoritative docs.

Ideal candidates combine strong technical writing with XML content management, multilingual publishing, and collaboration with engineers and product teams to support software releases in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify target audiences and write technically accurate, engaging content.
• Experience creating and managing XML-structured content, including variable resolution and multilingual publishing.
• Understand end-to-end software UX and how docs shape it.
• Strong organization and time management to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate technical documentation for Microsoft cloud and end-user computing products.
• Manage XML content workflows, reuse content, and support multilingual publishing.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to deliver releases in Azure DevOps or similar environments.
