Xplor Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Specialist II, Accounting, to independently handle complex accounting and payments cases in a fully remote role across the United States. You will support accounts payable, general ledger, reconciliation, and billing workflows while maintaining thorough documentation and client communication.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify patterns, and escalate when necessary to ensure accurate financial outcomes and superior client

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial workflows including payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting complex software, SaaS, payments, accounting, or financial-system issues.

Responsabilités

• Own Accounting and CE Payments cases from investigation to resolution or escalation.
• Investigate issues across AP, GL, bank reconciliation, billing, reporting and integrations.
• Trace transactions and system behavior across workflows to identify discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly with clients, manage expectations, and de-escalate when needed.
• Determine when to involve Level 3, IT, or leadership resources.
