Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 0-2 years in call center, customer service, or technical support.
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of desktop tools and browsers; CRM experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and follow security practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets; resolve inquiries and issues.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers and drive issue resolution.
• Guide users through troubleshooting and product/navigation steps.
• Document interactions in CRM/ticketing systems with accuracy.
• Provide 1st-line support for IdenTrust products and related tools.
• Collaborate with peers to improve processes and customer outcomes.
