Qualifications

• Be available for monthly on-call after-hours rotation.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages the Technical Support staff and performance.
• Schedules and coordinates TSR staff for daily operations and field assignments.
• Trains TSR staff and ensures product knowledge across the team.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and resolves service issues.
• Monitors service status and coordinates with other departments to maintain quality.
