The role emphasizes daily operational leadership, client engagement, and sales-driven service delivery. You will mentor staff, optimize ticket workflows, and ensure high CSAT through proactive IT guidance.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for inbound calls, setting a strong first impression.
• Lead daily huddles to align team priorities and goals.
• Monitor dashboards for tickets, sales, and phone performance.
• Engage clients via calls, chats, and remote sessions with expert guidance.
• Drive sales and client satisfaction by offering appropriate IT solutions.
• Oversee team performance and optimize service center operations.
• Handle scheduling, dispatching, and lead tracking to improve workflows.
