The role requires strong supervisory and customer service skills, plus the ability to be on-call monthly. Relocation is not offered; candidates must reside in AZ, FL, TX, MO, or CA. The posted pay range is $72,000–$86,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Understanding of complex telephone and computer systems common to help desk operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and customer service skills.
• Ability to be available for on-call after-hour rotation (monthly).

Responsibilities

• Directly manages the work and performance of the assigned team.
• Develops and implements procedures to maintain high quality, efficient operations for the TSR staff.
• Trains TSR staff on products and issues and ensures policy adherence.
• Promotes positive customer relations and resolves service issues.
• Manages the department schedule to support daily operations, including field assignments.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
