Job summary

Globys, a division of Harris, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to investigate and resolve complex customer issues at Tier 1 and 2. You will be the primary technical contact for international carrier customers, able to write SQL to reproduce data anomalies and guide customers through configuration fixes.

You will own tickets end-to-end, with escalation reserved for confirmed defects or infrastructure issues. This remote role is open to US candidates in the Central Time Zone, salary 65K-75K.

Qualifications

• Proficient in constructing and running SQL queries to investigate data anomalies.
• Experience resolving complex customer issues at Tier 1/2 without escalation.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical findings.
• able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tickets.

Responsibilities

• Own tickets end-to-end from intake to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across web apps, APIs, and data ingestion.
• Reproduce issues in non-production environments; communicate workarounds.
• Create clear Root Cause Analysis and customer-facing updates.
