Job summary

Globys, a division of Harris, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who has genuine technical depth and investigates, diagnoses, and resolves complex customer issues at Tier 1 and Tier 2 — not someone who triages and routes.

This remote role is open to US candidates in the Central Time Zone, with responsibility as the primary technical contact for international carrier customers and the ability to write SQL queries to reproduce data anomalies while guiding configuration fixes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in writing SQL queries to investigate data anomalies.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex customer issues at Tier 1/2.
• Ability to own tickets end-to-end with clear documentation.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for international carrier customers.
• Diagnose issues across web app layers: front-end, API, data ingestion.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate behavior.
• Reproduce customer issues in non-production environments and craft workarounds.
• Produce clear RCA and update knowledge base.
