Dynatrace is seeking a Remote OnDemand Specialist to support Insights Analysts and customers with hands-on Dynatrace configuration and guidance. You will tackle tickets, deliver high-quality technical solutions, and collaborate with leadership to identify enablement opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years in a technology-related field.
• Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with SQL or Dynatrace Query Language.
• Knowledge of web tech, CDNs and cloud platforms.
• Mobile app development experience.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate findings into recommendations.
• Willingness to travel at least once per year.

Responsabilidades

• Triage tickets and deliver timely, high-quality solutions to internal teams and customers.
• Hands-on configuration and implement best practices aligned to customer goals.
• Create and manage Synthetic web and mobile measurement scripts.
• Analyze performance data and provide root-cause analysis for customers and analysts.
• Provide proactive data analysis and health checks for top-tier customers.
• Develop deep technical expertise in Dynatrace Digital Experience capabilities.
• Keep up to date with new product features and join customer meetings when needed.
• Deliver live technical training sessions and contribute to internal enablement.
