Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a Dynatrace Admin to remotely support a 6-12+ month engagement. You will tag assets with owners, automate incident detection and response, and drive MTTR reductions across major incidents.

Candidates should have deep Dynatrace expertise, enterprise monitoring experience, and strong stakeholder management in a remote, contract setting. This role requires hands-on Dynatrace administration, API usage, and cloud-platform familiarity for Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus scripting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynatrace administration and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proven ability to implement tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and provide enterprise-level support.

Responsibilities

• Tag every asset in Dynatrace with an owner.
• Automate incident detection, routing, and response workflows.
• Reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents.
