Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize enhancements, escalate defects, and document knowledgebase solutions. Strong Excel skills and customer-facing communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, data management and file interfaces.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce/Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis, report writing, file management, database auditing and technical support.
• Monitor daily file feeds for timeliness and accuracy and assist client in troubleshooting issues.
• Learn how software meets regulatory requirements and assist with setup of features.
• Test, document, and escalate unresolved cases to engineering and product management.
• Work with product and services teams on sprint priorities.
• Respond to direct customer inquiries during peak volume.
• Prioritize and manage cases via Salesforce case tracking.
• Document knowledgebase solutions for internal and external use.
