Qualifications

• Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.
• Two to three years of experience servicing industrial equipment.
• Experience with MAGICS and/or SolidWorks preferred.
• Bilingual in English and German is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Service Engineers and customers with technical knowledge transfer.
• Provide machine training to Field Service Engineers.
• Document issues and monitor resolution.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Collaborate with teams on technical issues.
• Develop and share self-help resources.
