You will investigate hardware, software, and TMS issues, collaborate across global teams, and deliver high-quality support across phone, email, web, and chat while meeting SLAs and KPIs. Remote US location offered.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across integrated systems.
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, HTML and scripting languages; comfortable debugging across OS.
• Experience supporting Windows/Linux/Android/iOS or server environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and TMS issues using CRM and casing platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and QA teams across global locations to report bugs and track resolution.
• Deliver an outstanding customer support experience across phone, email, web, and chat while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze device logs, queries, and system behavior to perform root-cause analysis on complex issues.
• Suggest improvements for processes, tools, and internal documentation.
