Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to troubleshoot complex TMS software issues and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve offerings for customers and partners.

You will conduct deep root-cause analysis, diagnose hardware and software problems, and deliver timely, high-quality technical support across phone, email, and chat while meeting SLAs. Remote US location with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical tech experience.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across integrated systems.
• Strong SQL, XML, HTML skills and scripting knowledge.
• Experience supporting multiple OS environments (Windows, Linux, mobile, servers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and TMS issues using CRM and casing platforms.
• Partner directly with developers, PMs, and QA across global locations to report bugs and track resolution.
• Deliver an outstanding customer support experience across phone, email, web, and chat while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze device logs, database queries, and system behaviors to perform root-cause analysis on complex issues.
• Recommend improvements for processes, tools, and internal documentation.
