Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or safety.
• Advanced degree and/or professional CSP/ARM/CRM/CPCU/CIH/CPE certifications preferred.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to develop client relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and direct UPS H&S standards and governance.
• Translate risks and best practices for field application to support business objectives.
• Develop talent strategy in partnership with H&S leadership.
• Lead projects for standards development and strategy initiatives.
• Demonstrate advanced planning, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and metrics.
• Mentor and coach team members; influence across organizational levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery with stakeholders.
• Travel to various customer locations as required.
