Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering or related area; 10+ years in related consulting/safety field.
Advanced degree or professional certification (CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, CPE) preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; proven coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Direct development, implementation and direction of UPS H&S standards and governance.
Translate risks and industry practices for field application to meet business objectives.
Develop talent strategy and partnership with H&S leadership.
Lead projects for standards development and strategy initiatives; manage cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate strong planning, risk analysis, regulatory compliance and measurement skills.
