Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas.
• Candidates are typically pursuing or have certifications CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
• Advanced knowledge of risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Service: partner with UPS Health & Safety, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate the global safety management system and develop action plans.
• Leadership: mentor, coach, and inspire others to achieve goals and grow professionally.
• Continuous Improvement: enhance work quality and service delivery through collaboration and innovation.
• Relationship Building: maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations to influence outcomes.
