Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Technical Consultant to support a dedicated client. The role is fully remote with approximately 75% travel to client locations during peak season and may be based in major hubs including Dallas.

The candidate should have strong relationship management, service delivery, customer focus, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities include evaluating safety management systems, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas, and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or safety.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications in CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE are typical.
• Experience with risk assessment, risk analysis, and performance measurement; strong written/interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Account Service: Partner with client teams to evaluate safety management systems and develop action plans to reduce risk.
• Leadership: Collaborate, influence, and mentor others to achieve shared goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Grow work quality and service delivery through collaboration and innovation.
