Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical pre-sales design
• 3+ years in technology sales
• Experience with access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter detection
• Strong IT knowledge and understanding of networked environments
• Experience supporting tenders and compliant responses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel regionally across the North Central U.S. and into Canada
• Relocation is not offered for this role

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for Gallagher Security solutions
• Lead customer and partner presentations, demos, and technical discussions
• Support tenders, proof-of-concept activity, solution design, and complex integrations
• Build bills of materials and support quote accuracy based on customer and site requirements
• Deliver training and technical guidance to technicians, administrators, and end users
• Support commissioning, site audits, and system sign-off when needed
• Partner with internal teams to solve technical issues and improve service delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage travel across your region
