Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support clients globally from a remote basis. The role includes consulting, technical coordination with Arrow ECS teams, and enabling end customers with POC and deployment of complex solutions.

Ideal candidates have IT-focused education, Ukrainian and English proficiency, and exposure to IBM software portfolios. Remote work is available with international collaboration and ongoing training."

Qualifications

Higher technical education, preferably in IT-related fields.
Fluency in Ukrainian and strong technical English for documentation and training.
Knowledge of IBM Software portfolio (Watsonx, Maximo, Cognos, Instana, Turbonomic) is a plus.
Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to the Arrow ECS product team and promote market solutions.
Support partners via email, phone, remote meetings, and on-site visits as needed.
Promote knowledge of products and technologies through webinars, workshops, or conferences.
Provide technical support to partners during POC testing and solution implementations.
Continuously expand knowledge of the company’s solutions and participate in training/certification.
Cooperate with vendor engineers on solution delivery.
