Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges encountered during the consultation or implementation phases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client's service offerings and product roadmap.
