The ideal candidate will have experience designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions, addressing client requirements while maintaining high-quality outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience working with remote teams.
• Hands-on or remote deployment and troubleshooting for endpoints, servers, cloud tech, networks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience with PSA tools or ticketing platforms is a plus.
• MSP experience with multiple clients is a plus.
• Experience with RMM tools is a plus.
