Qualifications

• Interest in building technical acumen with exposure to industrial equipment and power transmission solutions.
• Ability to ask good questions, learn technical concepts, and support solution development.

Responsibilities

• Support regional growth by expanding customer engagement and delivering quality orders.
• Assist in managing technical sales opportunities from inquiry through qualification to order handoff.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, technically sound solutions with guidance from the team.
• Develop customer proposals that communicate value, technical fit, and customer priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial ops, and leadership on deal review, pricing, and scope.
