Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical sales experience preferred in industrial/technical environment.
• Some sales experience or customer-facing commercial experience is preferred.
• Interest in building technical acumen with exposure to industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
• Ability to ask good questions, learn technical concepts, understand customer needs, and support solution development.

Responsibilities

• Support regional growth by expanding customer engagement and delivering quality orders.
• Assist in developing customer proposals that communicate value and technical fit.
• Translate customer needs into clear, technically sound solutions with guidance from the team.
• Coordinate input from SMEs to help customers work through technical questions.
• Maintain responsive, clear communication and build strong customer relationships.
