Job summary

Engineered Seal Products in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to grow the QPD customer base through proactive support, timely quotes, and responsive service.

The role blends inside sales, relationship management, and operations coordination to strengthen loyalty, win new business, and ensure accurate records in the CRM. You will partner with sales, operations, and quality teams, participate in training, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of related sales, customer service, or technical support experience.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for buyers and planners within the QPD customer base.
• Respond to RFQs and manage the quoting process from inquiry to completion.
• Support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
