Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote Northeast/Midwest Territory. You will drive new business and manage key customer relationships in the Industrial Products Group (Temperature Sensors & Furnace Parts).

Responsibilities include lead generation, territory development, and collaboration with engineering, production, and estimating teams to ensure accurate information and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent industrial sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in industrial sales.
• Proficiency in territory management and CRM usage is expected.

Responsibilities

• Call current customers and develop new business opportunities through follow-up and lead generation.
• Maintain customer relationships with professional representation and credibility.
• Mine territory for new opportunities and maximize value for all sales.
• Understand market dynamics and channel management (distribution, service, OEM, end users).
• Record activity in CRM and ERP systems and provide reports to management.
