Lenovo is seeking a dynamic technical sales leader to lead a team of Solution Architects supporting the Mid-Market and SMB segments across the United States. This role develops and executes the technical sales strategy to drive growth through customer engagement, partner collaboration, and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong people management with deep experience in servers, storage, virtualization, AI, hybrid cloud and data center technologies.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical sales leadership.
3+ years of people management experience.
Strong understanding of data center technologies including compute, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, and AI.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Architects supporting Mid-Market and SMB customers across the United States.
Establish clear performance expectations, technical competencies, and development plans for team members.
