Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Technical Sales & Application Manager for Power System Protection & Control. You will bridge application engineering, technical sales, and market development to drive revenue growth with Electric Utility customers.

Responsibilities include leading technical sales efforts, developing territory strategies, delivering presentations, and supporting CRM-driven pipeline management. Requires strong knowledge of power system protection and grid automation.

Qualifications

BSEE or equivalent experience required.
MSEE or MBA preferred.
3–10 years in power systems, with emphasis on protection & control applications.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales for protection, control, and power quality solutions.
Develop territory-specific sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
Provide application engineering support and solution positioning to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and technical solutions.
Manage customer accounts, territories, agents, channel partners or strategic customers.
