Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Specialist - Technical Sales to lead the commercial and technical decision-making in the sales cycle. You will support pre- and post-sales activities, demonstrate products, and help close large EPC projects for engineering and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree - Engineering or Business preferred.
• 3+ years Electrical industry experience as a manufacturer or distributor.
• 5+ years Sales experience in related industry.
• Experience working with EPC customers and/or engineering companies preferred.
• Experience supporting large, complex project sales opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Calls on client, management and representatives to convince them of desirability of technical products or services offered.
• Provides technical services to clients relating to specified products.
• Develops relationships with EPC customers to identify and support large project opportunities.
• Gathers, analyzes and shares technical information and solutions to internal and external customers.
• First line of pre/post technical sales support for sales teams.
• Leads joint sales calls with customers and prospects.
• Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners on project quotations, pricing and solutions.
