Job summary

Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Executive with excellent customer service experience to join our expanding team. You will work with a global customer base in industries including consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical and electronics.

The role is remote with occasional visits to the Bridgend office. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, lead generation, pipeline building, account management, price negotiations, and after-sales service,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service/sales/account management role.
• Laboratory equipment experience is essential.
• Dealer/auction house experience or sales within the R&D sector is advantageous.
• Must be able to work on own initiative.
• Experience in manufacturing industry, specifically with laboratory equipment.
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with CEOs and engineers worldwide.
• Ability to identify and create relationships with key contacts using LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage leads from generators.
• Generate own leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Identify new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Manage price negotiations.
• Respond to machinery and equipment inquiries and provide after-sales service.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics and project management teams.
• Occasionally attend exhibitions and shows in Europe.
