Job summary
Alloy Engineering is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth in nitric acid processing systems and corrosion-resistant alloys. This remote role targets customers across the South Central U.S., engaging plant engineers, maintenance and project teams to deliver engineered solutions.
You will review technical drawings and specifications, propose fabricated equipment, and manage cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales or Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in the South Central U.S. territory.
- Build relationships with plant engineers, maintenance managers, project managers and procurement teams.
- Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions involving corrosion-resistant alloys and equipment.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to quotation, award and delivery.
- Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
