Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction, manufacturing, technical sales, building envelope systems, or related industries.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to influence specifications and drive product adoption.
• Regularly travel to promote Carlisle and identify project opportunities.
• Deliver AIA-approved or AIA-aligned presentations, lunch‑and‑learns, and trainings for architects and other professionals.
• Provide technical data, testing information, code guidance, and application recommendations for proper system selection.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Technical Services, Product Management to secure project opportunities and support customer needs.
• Track territory performance using CRM and prepare regular territory and market intelligence reports.
