The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 5+ years of accounting experience with revenue expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license.
- 5+ years accounting experience, with 2+ years in technical revenue.
- Deep ASC 606 expertise in multi-element and hybrid arrangements.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Author revenue accounting policies and position papers for new offerings.
- Research and document ASC 606 conclusions and economic substance of complex transactions.
- Evaluate commercial structures and POBs for ASC 606 compliance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale revenue processes and improve efficiency.
- Support SOX controls, external audits, and month/quarter close processes.
- Contribute to ad hoc technical accounting projects and M&A diligence.
