Job summary

IGEL Technology is seeking a Technical Relationship Manager for a remote US role. You will cement a close working relationship between IGEL and key customers, guiding adoption of IGEL solutions and serving as a trusted adviser across IGEL divisions.

In this role you will transfer product knowledge, escalate incidents, and drive strategic account plans. The position requires strong technical and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and up to 30% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise customers in TRM roles.
• 5+ years in engineering, consulting, or system integration with IT vendors/VARs.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware Horizon, Citrix).
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong strategic relationship with the customer.
• Provide knowledge transfer of IGEL products and functionality.
• Assist with escalation of support incidents through resolution.
• Assist in escalation of support queries to relevant channels.
• Assist in creation of customer feature requests for product management.
• Ratify customer projects and provide guidance on upgrades.
• Develop and align a comprehensive account plan with documentation of environment and roadmap.
• Proactively drive improvements and advise on technical best-practices as IGEL adviser.
• Uncover additional IGEL product opportunities within the customer environment.
• Regular travel to customer locations up to 30%.
