Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 3+ years managing or leading recruiters and sourcers.
• Proven ability to build and run technical recruiting for high-velocity teams.
• Data-driven approach to measuring recruitment success.
• Passion for recruiting in healthcare tech, especially for women and families.
• Ability to provide direct, honest feedback and build trust within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Manage and develop a small team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Collaborate with leadership to create effective hiring strategies.
• Establish standards for technical hiring processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in recruiting.
• Utilize AI to enhance sourcing and candidate communication.
• Advise on competitive talent market positioning.
• Represent the hiring brand to candidates.
