Hyphenate is hiring an India-based Technical Recruiter to own outbound sourcing for U.S. software engineering and technical roles. This remote role requires six days of work weekly, with hours aligned to overlap U.S. business time, and involves running cold outreach campaigns at volume.

You will source, screen, and close candidates using AI tools, collaborating closely with the Head of Talent to meet hiring goals for a U.S. product company.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing U.S.-based startup (seed through Series B).
• Experience closing multiple U.S.-based software engineering roles at a product company (SaaS/AI/enterprise).
• Strong outbound recruitment experience with cold emails and cold calls.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily sourcing workflows.
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week with late India-time hours overlapping U.S. business hours.
• Consistent, stable work history.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end sourcing and outbound recruitment for U.S.-based software engineering and technical roles.
• Design and run outbound campaigns — cold email sequences and cold calling — to build pipelines.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify, enrich, and prioritize candidate lists.
• Manage candidate communication end-to-end: outreach, screening, scheduling, and pipeline updates.
• Partner with the hiring team to refine sourcing criteria based on candidate quality and market feedback.
