Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India – Hyderabad is seeking a Sourcer Recruiter for a six‑month contract, working remotely from India with IST timing. You will proactively source passive candidates, conduct outreach, and screen for fit across US market roles in distribution and operations.

Strong Boolean/search skills and consultative communication are essential. Ideal candidates have experience in high‑volume recruiting, ATS/CRM usage, and building talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full‑time Amazon experience
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets

Responsibilities

• Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry for fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer‑to‑interview ratios.
• Implement new processes and fine‑tune standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
