Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and filling technical positions.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing plans, requirements, and replacements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for engineering, manufacturing, and other business roles; build talent pipelines.
• Maintain requisitions, applicant records, and recruiting activity in Workday and recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate on job descriptions, interview plans, candidate evaluations, and compensation recommendations; extend offers within approval limits.
• Support consistent, job-related selection practices, recordkeeping, and applicant-tracking.
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, and agency usage; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment events and external partners; ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.
