Fortreum is a leading cloud and cybersecurity firm expanding rapidly. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process across cybersecurity, engineering, and compliance roles, including positions requiring security clearances.

This fully remote role offers real ownership and visibility within a high-growth environment. You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and help shape Fortreum’s talent strategy as we scale to meet federal

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years recruiting for technical roles (cybersecurity, cloud, software, IT).
• Experience recruiting for federal/government-cleared positions (clearance not required).
• Experience using a modern applicant tracking system.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles from intake meetings and job postings through candidate selection and handoff to onboarding.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements, must-have skills, and screening criteria.
• Conduct initial phone screens assessing candidates’ technical background and clearance eligibility where required.
• Source active and passive technical talent through LinkedIn, job boards, technical communities, networking, and referrals; build pipelines for recurring roles.
• Coordinate with outside recruiting agencies on hard-to-fill roles and move candidates through Ashby.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and communication in Ashby; keep records accurate.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates and managers, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
• Partner with HR to move selected candidates to the offer stage and inform offers with market insights.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and employer branding.
