Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our Experienced Professional hiring teams. You will build high-quality pipelines across Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product while partnering with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

This 6-month remote contract offers compensation of about $50-55/hr and requires no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting experience supporting enterprise organizations.
• Experience recruiting for Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and ML roles.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions from intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent across technical disciplines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offers, and candidate experience; focus on diversity recruiting.
• Analyze metrics and provide guidance to hiring managers; maintain pipeline reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to meet hiring goals.
