Job summary

The Recovery Village is seeking a Technical QA & Application Support Specialist to join our team. Fully remote candidate must reside near one of our facilities and will work within Agile sprints to validate EHR, Salesforce, API integrations, and AI-enabled tools.

The role combines hands-on development, DevOps, and QA to ensure workflows, data integrity, and release readiness. You will provide end-user support, document defects, and contribute to continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–4 years in technical QA, application support, or system testing.
Experience with Agile/sprint-based development environments.
Experience supporting EHR systems and Salesforce workflows.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for EHR, Salesforce, and API integrations.
Validate workflows, configurations, and data exchange across systems.
Serve as the QA gate for demos and release readiness.
Provide application support for EHR, Salesforce, API integrations, and AI tools.
Document defects, risks, and dependencies; coordinate with vendors.
