Job summary

The Recovery Village is seeking a Technical QA/Application Support Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role requires residence near one of our facilities and involves QA, DevOps, and end-user support across EHR, Salesforce, and AI-enabled tools.

You will develop test plans, validate workflows, manage API integrations, and ensure release readiness within Agile sprint cycles. A strong background in QA, Salesforce, and HIPAA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience in QA, application support, or testing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and validation scenarios for EHR workflows, Salesforce automations, and API integrations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and negative testing.
• Provide application support for EHR, Salesforce, API integrations, and AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain QA documentation and readiness checklists.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and review user stories for clarity and testability.
