Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a technically skilled QA/Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides hands-on QA, DevOps, and end-user support across Kipu EHR, Salesforce, and AI-enabled tools within a HIPAA-regulated environment.

You will develop test plans, validate integrations, and ensure release readiness while supporting ongoing optimization of workflows and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical QA, application support, or system testing.
• Experience working in Agile or sprint-based development environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Healthcare or behavioral health technology experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated environments.
• Hands-on development or advanced configuration experience in Salesforce (Flow, validation rules, Apex, Lightning).
• Experience with DevOps practices, including Git, sandbox and deployment tooling.
• Experience building, configuring, or supporting API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for EHR workflows, Salesforce automations, and API integrations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and negative testing.
• Validate workflow logic and data integrity across systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as QA checkpoint before leadership demos and releases.
• Provide application support for EHR, Salesforce, and integrated tools.
• Maintain QA documentation and readiness checklists.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and ensure testability of stories.
