Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst for a fully remote role focused on enterprise healthcare software. The position requires strong manual and automated QA skills and leadership to mentor others.

You will develop testing strategies, execute test plans, and drive automation across systems, APIs, and ETL processes, collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce required.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Interim and final Department of Defense background investigation.
• 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• Experience with Selenium, TOSCA, Katalon, Jenkins, CI/CD, SQL, ETL testing, Xray, ALM, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

Senior Testing Analyst (Remote)

In this role, you'll develop testing strategies, establish QA standards, create and execute test plans, and expand automation coverage across enterprise applications. You'll collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to perform system, regression, performance, API, ETL, and user acceptance testing. You'll also analyze defects, coordinate resolutions, participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, and help guide junior testing analysts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with Salesforce required
• Ability to obtain a favorable Interim and final Department of Defense background investigation
• 5+ years of software QA/testing experience
• Experience with Selenium, TOSCA, Katalon, Jenkins, CI/CD, SQL, ETL testing, Xray, ALM, and JIRA REQUIRED. Please do not apply unless you have ALL of these skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred:

• 7+ years of QA experience
